By using BOLLY at bolly.io, you agree to these terms. BOLLY is operated by mini tech co. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

The service

BOLLY is a free daily Bollywood movie guessing game. We provide one puzzle per day, accessible to anyone with a web browser. We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Fair play and leaderboard rules

The BOLLY leaderboard is built on fair play. By participating, you agree to the following:

• → Each player is entitled to one attempt at the daily puzzle per day.
• → Using private/incognito browsing, multiple devices, or any other method to play the same puzzle more than once in order to achieve a better leaderboard result is considered cheating.
• → Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with our API or game is strictly prohibited.
• → Attempting to access, modify, or extract puzzle answers from our API outside of normal gameplay is prohibited.

We monitor gameplay patterns for suspicious activity. Players found to be cheating — including abnormally fast solve times, perfect scores across consecutive days, or suspicious API usage — may be removed from the leaderboard without notice. Repeated or egregious abuse may result in the player being blocked from the service entirely.

Display names

Display names on the leaderboard must not be offensive, impersonate other people, or contain personal information. We reserve the right to remove or change any display name at our discretion. Names that violate this policy will be removed without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on BOLLY — including the game design, puzzle selection, copy, and branding — is owned by mini tech co. Movie titles, posters, and details are sourced from publicly available databases (OMDB/IMDb) and belong to their respective rights holders. You may share your results but may not reproduce or redistribute the game or its content without permission.

Disclaimer

BOLLY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that puzzle data will always be accurate. We are not responsible for any loss of streak data, stats, or leaderboard standings due to technical issues.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mini tech co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BOLLY. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero, since BOLLY is free).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of BOLLY after changes means you accept the updated terms.
